This has resulted in a set\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal; tab-stops: 3.0in; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;\"\u003eof sculptural works, one of which is a stick chair wherein a wishbone is the backrest.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal; tab-stops: 3.0in; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;\"\u003eThe wishbone is carved from a tree fork found on the Delaware River during the residency.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal; tab-stops: 3.0in; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;\"\u003eI lean heavily on hand tools like draw knives and carving gouges. I find that the result of\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal; tab-stops: 3.0in; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;\"\u003eslow and rigorous physical making produces a certain desirable texture and form.
